I had the opportunity to both sponsor and present at the American Bar Association’s 44th Annual TIPS Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits in lovely Coral Gables, Florida. Our panel covered ERISA “Hot Topics” in Litigation – Health/Disability Focus. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be involved with this wonderful program that pulls in diverse attorneys from across the country who represent both plaintiffs and defendants and provide a wide range of perspectives on developing areas of the law.
