As the current chair of the ABA TIPS Health & Disability Insurance Law Committee, I had the opportunity to help develop the ABA TIPS 45th annual Midwinter Symposium on Life, Health and Disability and ERISA Emerging Issues and Litigation held in mid-January in Coral Gables, FL.
