I have the honor of being the Chair Elect of the Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee of the American Bar Association TIPS Section. So, it was off to ABA TIPS Leadership Training this month to learn more about the organization, its mission, and its goals in order to make the most of my upcoming leadership tenure with the committee next year. And, of course, the training venue wasn’t too shabby – note the morning beach view from the Key Biscayne Ritz Carlton. Onward.
